1. DELIVERY OF GOODS

- Delivery is organised:
- Goods purchased in the New Age e-shop are delivered by Omniva, LP Express or other courier companies;
- The place of delivery of the purchased goods is the delivery address specified by the buyer in the completed order;
- Goods shall be delivered within 5 working days in the territory of Lithuania, except in cases of delivery disruption caused by objective circumstances, which are the responsibility of courier companies.
- The delivery price is quoted and added to the total price of the basket of goods at the time of order and payment.

- By signing the Goods Acceptance Deed, you confirm that the goods are not damaged due to transport damage, external defects or that the goods are new. If you notice any damage, you must note it on the signed document and inform New Age.
2. RETURN OF GOODS

- The Buyer has no right to return these goods:
- quality food, including food supplements;
- Goods of good quality that have been used by the buyer, damaged, or the packaging damaged, or other actions by the buyer have caused the goods to lose their merchantable appearance, as well as goods that are not complete (e.g. specific parts of the goods have been lost, there are no instructions for use or a warranty booklet, if one was issued, etc.);
- other goods which the Seller has the right to refuse to accept in accordance with applicable law.
- Goods are considered to be of good quality if the expiry date of the goods has not expired, the goods do not contain ingredients prohibited by law, the consistency or other essential characteristics of the goods are not altered due to improper storage conditions prior to the transfer of the goods to the buyer, the goods are not mechanically damaged, the packaging is not damaged, or the goods are not subject to any other defects of the quality of goods.
- To exercise the right of return, the buyer must pivalo:
- inform New Age of the withdrawal from the Contract at the e-mail addressreturn@newage.lt by completing the withdrawal form no later than 14 (fourteen) days after the date of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer;
- no later than 14 days (fourteen) after the date of New Age’s notice of withdrawal, return the Goods to New Age together with the document of purchase (purchase receipt and/or VAT invoice) and any other relevant documents (such as the after-sales care booklet), if applicable.
- Quality goods that are returned or exchanged must be in good condition, must not be damaged, must not be in a state of loss of merchantability (labels not removed or damaged, protective films not torn off, etc.) and must not have been used. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, in the same condition as when they were received by the buyer, together with the purchase document, the warranty card (if any), the instructions for use and any other accessories. If the goods are not complete, damaged, defective or not properly packed, New Age shall be entitled not to accept the goods, not to exchange them and not to refund the money paid by the buyer for the goods.

- The amount paid for the goods will be refunded within 14 days of the date of return to the bank account specified by the customer.
- When returning purchased goods, the buyer must fill in a cancellation application form, stating, among other things, the reason for the return:
